Job Description
Treasure Islands Food and Beverages LLC is seeking a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception area, greet visitors, and answer incoming calls.
- Maintain office management systems and procedures.
- Operate office equipment including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist (minimum 1 year UAE work experience required).
- High school diploma; additional qualification as a Receptionist or Secretary is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting work.
Preferred Experience
- 1 year experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
