We are looking for a presentable and organized Receptionist cum Admin to join us on a 1-month contractual basis. The role involves managing front-desk activities and providing basic administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates must be on their own valid visa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and coordinate office access.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Assist with general office coordination and document handling.
  • Support HR/Admin team with routine administrative tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Freshers and candidates with prior receptionist/admin experience may apply.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Polite, well-groomed, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage routine tasks.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Must be on their own valid visa.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
