- Welcome clients and visitors professionally and guide them regarding available services.
- Handle customer inquiries related to court services, legal applications, attestation, typing, and other government-related procedures.
- Manage front desk operations including appointments, token systems, and customer flow.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Verify customer documents before processing and guide clients on required documents and procedures.
- Assist customers in completing forms and understanding service requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and legal documents.
- Escalate customer complaints or urgent matters to the concerned supervisor or department.
- Support administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and document organization.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,001.00 per month
