Job Summary
Assisted Living Residence in Brooklyn seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high profile environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist residents, clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Provide resident support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with residents, families, clients and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
