We seek a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Mary's Health Food Supermarket and Origen Clinic This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients and patients while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Maintain office organization by managing supplies and ensuring the front desk area is tidy.
  • Assist with clerical duties as needed, including filing and document preparation.
  • Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency within the workplace.
  • Utilize computerized systems for various administrative functions, especially bookings and calendar management.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage office supplies.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
