Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings, ensuring optimal scheduling.
- Maintain office organization by managing supplies and ensuring the front desk area is tidy.
- Assist with clerical duties as needed, including filing and document preparation.
- Support office management tasks to enhance overall efficiency within the workplace.
- Utilize computerized systems for various administrative functions, especially bookings and calendar management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
