Meadowsweet Medical is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in hormone optimization, advanced skincare, and functional medicine. We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused team member to join our clinic in a dynamic role supporting both clinical care and front office operations.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who is confident, coachable, and excited to grow in the fields of aesthetics, hormones, weight loss and wellness medicine.

Position Overview

This role may support:

• Front desk operations (scheduling, check-in/out, patient communication)
• Clinical assistance with providers
• Aesthetic services (for licensed estheticians)
• Patient education and treatment coordination

You will play a key role in guiding patients through treatment plans and helping them achieve results — not just performing tasks.

We also envision this role as fluid and adaptable depending on your experience and goals. For licensed estheticians, we currently have treatment room availability and would love to support the right candidate in continuing to grow their own clientele within our clinic. This position has the potential to flex between front office responsibilities and esthetic services, creating a unique opportunity for professional growth, schedule flexibility, and long-term career development within a supportive wellness environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Candidate with 5 years minimum in customer service and healthcare roles.
• Confident communicating with patients and making recommendations
• Comfortable discussing treatment options and pricing
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented
• Interested in aesthetics, hormones, and functional wellness
• Coachable and open to learning new treatments, products, and devices
• Motivated to grow personally and professionally alongside a growing clinic

Qualifications (One of the Following)

• Licensed Esthetician (Idaho)
• OR
• Certified Medical Assistant (or relevant clinical experience)Responsibilities
• Greet and room patients, assist with visits and procedures
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communication
• Educate patients on treatment options and products
• Support and/or perform aesthetic treatments (depending on licensure)
• Maintain treatment rooms and clinic flow
• Assist with inventory and product management
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
