Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors while managing various social media tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for social media, strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in digital marketing and social media management is a plus, as you will also assist with content creation and branding efforts.

Duties

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Assist with social media management, including content creation and posting across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Utilize tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for effective social media marketing strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to enhance online visibility.
  • Support public relations initiatives by proofreading materials and assisting with branding efforts.
  • Engage in relationship management by fostering connections with clients through effective communication strategies.
  • Assist with photography and video editing tasks to create engaging visual content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, content creation techniques, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • A background in graphic design or public relations is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
