Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management
  • Perform general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies
  • Support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and support to clients or patients in person or over the phone
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration
  • Ensure smooth daily operations through effective time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Receptionist experience is advantageous but not required

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
