Front Desk Receptionist | Bilingual

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The Receptionist will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support smooth office operations across various departments, including customer service, data entry, and scheduling. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse clientele. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals with clerical and administrative experience who excel in multitasking and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or team members

· Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner

· Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including basic calendar support

· Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and guests; maintain a polished, helpful front desk presence

· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail as needed

· Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and restock as needed

· Keep coffee and refreshment areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the day

· Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams; take and relay accurate messages promptly

· Perform routine walkthroughs of the office and reception areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming appearance for visitors

· Maintain inventory for office needs (paper goods, snacks/coffee supplies, cleaning items for office use, and general administrative supplies) and ensure timely reordering to prevent shortages

Qualifications

· 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or office administration role (required)

· Bilingual Requirements: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese language skills are a plus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

· Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

· Customer service experience preferred

· Experience in construction or the natural stone industry is a plus (not required)

Schedule

Mon to Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
