Fix Pro Auto Care LLC is a growing automotive service workshop in Dubai specializing in mechanical repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and customer-focused vehicle care solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and sales-driven female professional to manage our front desk and accounting operations.

  • Position Overview

We are seeking a confident, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Front Desk Receptionist cum Account Clerk who can:

Manage customer interactions professionally

Drive sales and upsell workshop services

Handle accounting and daily financial entries

Support marketing activities

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction standards

This role is revenue-impacting and requires someone proactive, not just administrative.

  • Key Responsibilities

1️. Reception & Customer Handling

Greet walk-in customers professionally

Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online messages

Prepare job cards and invoices

Follow up with customers for repair approvals

Handle cash and card payments

Coordinate between workshop team and customers

Ensure smooth vehicle delivery process

2️. Sales & Customer Growth

Upsell additional services (detailing, maintenance packages, add-ons)

Conduct follow-up calls after service completion

Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook updates

Handle Google review requests and responses

Maintain customer database

3. Accounting & Admin Duties

Daily cash closing and reconciliation

Enter expenses in QuickBooks & Excel

Record supplier invoices

Assist in VAT documentation

Coordinate with external accountant

Maintain organized financial records

  • Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years experience in reception, admin, or accounting role

Automotive industry experience preferred

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in QuickBooks & Excel

Basic accounting knowledge

Invoice preparation experience

Language Skills:

English (Mandatory – Fluent)

Arabic (Preferred)

Hindi/Urdu (Preferred)

Personal Skills:

Strong communication skills

Sales-oriented mindset

Organized and detail-focused

Professional appearance & attitude

Ability to multitask under pressure

Age Preference:

Below 35 years

Monthly upselling revenue

Customer satisfaction rating

Error-free accounting records

Daily response time to inquiries

Cash closing accuracy
