Front Desk Receptionist ( FEMALE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist (FEMALE) to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Support the administrative team as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Presentable appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
