Front Desk Receptionist - Female

Roles & responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
  • Provide information about our services, memberships, and ongoing offers
  • Manage appointments and bookings
  • Maintain records of members, attendance, and daily inquiries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and presentable at all times
  • Address customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Support sales team by passing on leads and assisting with follow-ups

Candidate Requirement

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calls, emails)
  • Prior experience in reception or customer service is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
