Front Desk Receptionist (Female, Aesthetic Experience Required)

Job description;

· Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts.

· Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.

· Optimizes patients’ satisfaction and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

· Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying them through phone or email.

· Communicates with clients review using phone or social media via (Groupons, Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook) demonstrating the appropriate level of proficiency in typing and grammar.

· Update patients on coupons, discounts and promos.

· Able in answering patients’ questions and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area.

· Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.

· Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information through the system.

· Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges whether cash or credit, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing.

· Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs within your area of responsibility.

· Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

· Maintains operations by following clinic policies and procedures and report anything that needs changes.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Ensure cleanliness of area is in sanitary conditions.

· Submit monthly report assigned by Clinic Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Minimum work experience required;

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field of healthcare and hospitality.

Other specifications required or preferred:

Willing to work shift hours including evening.
