Front Desk Receptionist (Female) Arabic speaker

General Responsibilities:

- Greet members with a warm and friendly smile.

- creating a positive first impression.

- Process membership check-in and answer phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

- Manage member accounts, including clear data entries, updating information, and scheduling appointments by using gym software.

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

-Provide basic product information and answer member questions about classes and services.

- Schedule tours and promote upcoming events and workshops.

-Uphold a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a sense of community among members.

- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
