Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and energetic Female Receptionist with prior Call Center/BPO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
• Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
• Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and appointment scheduling.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support HR and operations teams with administrative tasks when required.

Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Previous experience in a Call Center/BPO environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and email handling.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
