We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Motel Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk, providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be capable of handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist

Duties: -

• Greet and welcome visitors/Guest in a professional and friendly manner
• Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction.
• Check guests in and out, ensuring proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
• Provide guests with information about the motel and local area
• Answer inquiries regarding motel services, facilities, and other information.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, to the hotel management team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in using office equipment such as iPad, printers, and scanners
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
