Front Desk Receptionist - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and assist them throughout their stay
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Issue room keys and maintain accurate guest records
  • Post charges and transactions to guest folios
  • Maintain and reconcile a cash bank with precision
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns in alignment with company standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
  • Promote and sell lobby merchandise
  • Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently
  • Clearly communicate resort amenities, services, and updates to guests and owners
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Ensure all folios are accurate and up to date
  • Conduct hourly pool checks to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Verify owner accounts and financial information
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming coffee station
  • Prepare guest welcome packets
  • Update maintenance boards with room and guest issues
  • Assist with beer and wine sales at the pool bar
  • Complete all assigned daily checklist duties
Requirements:


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with professionalism and courtesy
