Front Desk Receptionist FULL TIME

We are currently interested to hire a full-time front desk receptionist at our Medical Spa in Culver City, California. The job consists of excellent sales skills, customer service, answering calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, updating retail products, scheduling appointments, and much more. We are looking for someone to possess a professional, friendly, customer-driven personality that is always polite and helpful. Applicants must be able to work Sundays as well.

Front Desk Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm appointments.*
• Follow up with patients on how they are doing after their treatment.
• Sales to clients.
• Greet and offer refreshments in a friendly professional manner.
• Check inventory weekly.
• Help manager resolve client service issues timely and efficiently.
• Positive upbeat attitude.
• Receptionist experience is a plus, training will be provided.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• High school diploma required, some college preferred.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
