SAMA ENGINEERING is looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle visitors, phone calls, and office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Answer and route incoming calls to relevant departments
- Maintain visitor logs, records, and reception documentation
- Handle courier services, emails, and office correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor appointments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Provide basic administrative support when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain office etiquette
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in front desk management or office administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
