We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is exceptional on the phone, radiates warmth at the front desk, and knows how to help leads who respond to our ads feel confident booking their first appointment. What You’ll Be DoingTop Priority Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and follow up with ad leads – make a powerful first impression and confidently guide leads into the office
• Be the first smile patients see – create an atmosphere that’s warm, energetic, and efficient
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments through phone, text, and scheduling software
• Help leads who are “thinking about it” say yes to taking action on their health
• Check in and out patients, handle payments, and keep the flow moving smoothly

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with simple therapies (training provided)
• Verify insurance benefits and enter basic data
• Give new patient tours and support our “wow” experience
• Help with office events, community campaigns, and marketing activities
• Social media management skills are a plus! (creating posts, stories, engagement)

Compensation & Perks
