We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The pay rate is based off experience. $25-$30
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments.
- Ability to create and deliver daily reports.
- Maintain an organized system for documents and records.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, answering a multi-line phone, faxing, etc.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is always tidy and presentable.
- Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Work in Fresno and Selma location.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role; experience as a orthodontic receptionist is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Bilingual

Job Summary - Marketing
The Marketing Coordinator owns day-to-day marketing execution across social, local partnerships, referral programs, events, reviews, and light design/content. You’ll translate practice goals into campaigns that generate new patient leads, boost show rates, and elevate our brand voice across Los Angeles.
Duties:
Social & Content
- Plan and post across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok; manage content calendar.
- Capture/produce photos & short-form video in office (before/afters with consent, patient spotlights, team culture).
- Reputation & Reviews
- Drive weekly Google review goals; create simple patient handouts/QR codes and in-office prompts.
- Website & Digital
- Coordinate updates with Wonderist (or agency): promos, landing pages, SEO basics, blog refreshes.
- Support paid campaigns (Google/Meta): creative briefs, assets, tracking links.
- Track web form leads & conversion pipeline; reduce no-shows with reminders.
- Email/SMS & Patient Comms
- Build simple email or text campaigns (e.g., consult reminders, retainer tips) using Weave (or similar).
- Segment lists (leads, active patients, completed patients) and measure open/response rates.
- Referral & Community Marketing
- Create dentist referral packets and maintain relationships with local dental offices.
- Coordinate school talks, sports sponsorships, health fairs, and local events; own booth setup and collateral.
- Brand & Print
- Maintain brand standards; create flyers, rack cards, posters, office signage; work with printers/vendors.
- Data & Reporting
- Own weekly dashboard: leads, scheduled consults, show rate, same-day starts, cost per lead/start, review count.
- Present insights and ideas to optimize campaigns and budget.
