Position Overview:
As the first and last impression of our practice, the Front Desk Receptionist / Medical Assistant plays a key role in creating a seamless, warm, and professional patient experience.
You will manage check-in and check-out processes, appointment scheduling, phone and email communications, and collaborate closely with our providers and clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
This role is ideal for someone who can maintain a calm, solutions-oriented demeanor while supporting a fast-paced clinical environment and delivering exceptional service to every patient.
