Front Desk Receptionist – Oral Surgery Practice
Entry-Level | $20–$21 per hour | Bilingual Preferred

We are a busy, high-end oral surgery practice seeking a polished, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

This is an entry-level role within a structured, professional medical environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in organization, communicates clearly, and can confidently manage a steady flow of patients and calls throughout the day.

This is a fast-paced office. Only candidates comfortable managing a busy, high-volume front desk should apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Greet and check in patients warmly and promptly
• Schedule consultations and surgical appointments accurately
• Check patients out and collect payments
• Maintain organization and flow at the front desk
• Support the clinical and administrative team as needed
• Utilize EMR (WinOMS) software (experience preferred but not required)
• Utilize Microsoft outlook email

Qualifications:

• Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Reliable and punctual

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$21 per hour (based on experience)
