JOB SUMMARY

Crafted Leaf is looking to employ a knowledgeable and experienced Receptionist / Budtender to assist customers in the check-in process. This individual will also be cross-trained as a Budtender and assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Receptions / Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You should also be able to answer customers' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their effects, and methods of consumption.

Ultimately, an outstanding Receptionist / Budtender should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Receptionist / Budtender confirms that the customer presented his or her valid driver’s license or government-issued identification.

· Verity customers are 21 years of age or older before allowing entry to the Sales Area.

· The Receptionist will be responsible for checking the customer into the POS system.

· Since the Receptionist is the front lines of operations, it is imperative that this individual is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their personal needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
• Knowledge of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends
• Processing customers' payments
• Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized
• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
• Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required
• Checking customers' identification documents to verify eligibility for purchase
• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains.
• Proficiency in technology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Full-time employment: Must be able to work 40 hours per week
• Part-time employment: Must be able to work 20-32 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
