Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office

Noble Pediatric Dental is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This full-time, customer-facing role is essential to delivering an exceptional experience for our patients and their families.

As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for every visit—creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment that reflects our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing provider schedules
• Verify insurance, collect patient information, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate patient flow and support daily front office operations
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a front desk receptionist, dental receptionist, or in a customer service role (dental or healthcare preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance and how it works
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Experience with dental software and insurance verification is a plus
