Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Hybrid Physical Therapy Technician & Front Desk Coordinator to join our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic in League City. This dual-role position is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage front office operations while also assisting therapists with patient care and treatment flow.

The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment with both administrative and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Duties

• Greet patients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage daily appointments efficiently
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
• Verify patient demographics, intake forms, and required documentation
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate communication with patients, attorneys, and case managers
• Maintain organized patient records and assist with EMR documentation
• Monitor daily schedule, cancellations, and optimize patient flow
• Support billing team by ensuring accurate and timely documentation

Physical Therapy Technician Duties

• Assist physical therapists with patient exercises under supervision
• Prepare and clean treatment areas between patients
• Set up and assist with therapeutic modalities (heat, electrical stimulation, etc.)
• Monitor patient safety and provide guidance during exercises
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and equipment organization
• Help ensure smooth patient transitions between treatment stations

General Clinic Support

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations
• Support overall clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction

Pay: $17.00 per hour
