Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and impeccably presented Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for offering a warm, professional welcome to guests while managing the front desk with efficiency and grace. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality who takes pride in their appearance and work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front of House & Guest Experience

  • Serve as the "Face of the Brand," ensuring the reception area is welcoming, stylish, and pristine at all times.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure personal presentation and grooming are always of the highest standard to reflect the company’s professional image.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and politely.
  • Manage daily appointments and coordinate schedules for senior management.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

3. Administrative Support (The "Active" Role)

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Proactively assist with administrative overflow (data entry, filing, travel bookings).
  • Coordinate with the office attendant to ensure the pantry and meeting rooms are stocked and tidy.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language: Russian-speaking candidates only
  • Appearance & Demeanor: Must possess a charismatic personality with a polished, professional look. You represent our brand image.
  • Energy Level: Must be active, high-energy, and able to handle a fast-paced environment without losing composure.
  • Education: High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
