  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Communication Handling
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
  • Respond to emails and office correspondence.
  • Provide information to clients and visitors.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms and prepare them for use.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping.
  • Customer Service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
