Front Desk Receptionist / Social Media Assistant

DIA Studio is looking for a friendly, reliable, and creative Front Desk + Social Media Assistant who loves people, beauty, and content creation. This role is all about creating a welcoming client experience while helping capture and share what happens behind the scenes at the salon. Salon experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first friendly face guests see when they walk in
• Answer phones, help book appointments, and support daily salon flow
• Learn salon services and confidently help clients choose what’s right for them
• Capture and post Instagram stories, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content
• Help promote services, specials, and product launches online
• Engage with followers and assist with basic DMs/comments
• Support retail sales and check-out
• Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
