Growth Opportunity with a great team and work environment ! This is a PART TIME sales and front desk position. Membership sales experience as well as prior knowledge in the Zenoti Software is a PLUS.

Looking to hire ASAP with generous base rate of $18+ base per hour, PLUS team bonus, commissions on up-selling enhancements, package sales and retail product sales. Employee discount for all services and products .

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage appointment book
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and appointment dates)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about our location and service offerings
• Promote our Wellness Program to first time guests.
• Upsell additional services and products, when appropriate

Qualifications:

· Able to work 3 or more shifts, including a weekend shift.

· 1+ years in spa-type business, preferred

. 1+ years of experience in customer service .

· Be an honest, reliable, and positive team player.

· Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
