We are seeking a proactive, personable, and well-organized Receptionist / Telecaller to become a part of our team. This role requires someone who can create a positive first impression for visitors while efficiently handling phone communications and administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and clients courteously, ensuring a professional front-desk experience.
- Manage incoming calls by answering promptly, directing them appropriately, and taking accurate messages when required.
- Respond to customer queries, provide relevant information, and ensure concerns are addressed effectively.
- Arrange, schedule, and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, customer feedback, reminders, or promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and databases.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, and handling correspondence.
