Front Desk Receptionist / Telecallers

We are seeking a proactive, personable, and well-organized Receptionist / Telecaller to become a part of our team. This role requires someone who can create a positive first impression for visitors while efficiently handling phone communications and administrative support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and clients courteously, ensuring a professional front-desk experience.
  • Manage incoming calls by answering promptly, directing them appropriately, and taking accurate messages when required.
  • Respond to customer queries, provide relevant information, and ensure concerns are addressed effectively.
  • Arrange, schedule, and confirm appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, customer feedback, reminders, or promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and databases.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, and handling correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
