We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a
governmental entity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions.
Applicants must be Nationals or Adults of Emirati Nationals.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.

Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages.

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience and knowledge in customer service and client handling.

Good communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.

Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Fluency in Arabic & English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
