Front Desk Receptionist- UAE National

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a governmental entity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. Applicants must be Nationals or Adults of Emirati Nationals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in customer service and client handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
