Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking receptionist who takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy, professional environment. If you love staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and genuinely enjoy being the face of a company.
This is NOT a position for someone looking to coast through the day. We need someone who stays engaged, takes initiative, and keeps busy without being told.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact — greet guests, tenants, and customers warmly and professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Schedule meetings, manage office calendar, and arrange travel
- Handle daily mail, filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide personal assistant support to the Office Manager
- Take on additional clerical duties as needed

- Someone who takes ownership of their role and stays productive throughout the day
- College education is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
