- Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception desk and ensure smooth front-office operations.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding sports activities, schedules, memberships, and facility services.
- Manage court bookings, class schedules, and activity reservations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, bookings, and customer details.
- Coordinate with coaches, instructors, and operations staff regarding schedules and bookings.
- Handle payments, receipts, and basic billing tasks if required.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in promoting sports programs, events, and memberships.
- Report operational issues or customer concerns to the Floor Manager.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified background in Hospitality / Front Office / Customer Service (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hotels, wellness brands, clinics, or premium service environments
- Highly presentable, well-groomed, confident, and poised with impeccable communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking or POS systems.
- Will be required to work in shifts.
