Front Desk Receptionist/Admin assistant

  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception desk and ensure smooth front-office operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding sports activities, schedules, memberships, and facility services.
  • Manage court bookings, class schedules, and activity reservations.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, bookings, and customer details.
  • Coordinate with coaches, instructors, and operations staff regarding schedules and bookings.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and basic billing tasks if required.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in promoting sports programs, events, and memberships.
  • Report operational issues or customer concerns to the Floor Manager.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certified background in Hospitality / Front Office / Customer Service (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury hotels, wellness brands, clinics, or premium service environments
  • Highly presentable, well-groomed, confident, and poised with impeccable communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking or POS systems.
  • Will be required to work in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
