A growing cosmetic medical practice in Colleyville is seeking a dynamic self starter to serve as our Office Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in a cosmetic practice in a healthcare setting preferred but not required if you have front office or reception training
- Ability to create exceptional experiences for patients
- Knowledge of electronic health records recommended
- Neat professional appearance - business attire or scrubs permitted
- Great communication skills and friendly demeanor a must
- Detail oriented, professional attitude and reliable for M-F 9am-5pm hours with one Saturday per month. 40 hours weekly, will have one day off during the week if working a Saturday.
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines
- Team player with the ability and willingness to do whatever it takes to make a practice successful, including filling any gaps to ensure smooth operations during clinic
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, NextGen medical software and Nextech is a plus
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills. Able to handle stressful, busy clinic days
General Duties:
- Checking in/out patients with payment processing
- Answering phones/scheduling patients for multiple providers
- Basic Reception duties
- Follows all federal regulations required for clean practices
- Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization
Patient Care Duties
- Collects patient demographics and consents, ensures accurate records for all pertinent information in medical records
