Front Desk Receptionist/Beauty School Coordinator

Are you passionate about customer service and the beauty industry? Federico Beauty Institute is looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join our Operations Team! This role will provide cross-training as a front desk receptionist and a beauty school dispensary coordinator, offering a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.

Who We are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer service and at least 1 year as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.

Attitude & Work Ethic: Positive, motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable.

Professionalism: Ability to balance a fun and energetic work environment with a high level of professionalism.

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain an efficient and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

Greet and assist clients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and manage check-ins/check-outs.

Ensure clients are booked correctly and escorted to their appointments on time.

Dispense products to cosmetologists, barbers, and estheticians accurately and efficiently.

Keep detailed and accurate records of appointments, transactions, and inventory.

Maintain open and professional communication with all staff and students.

Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

Help maintain a clean and professional workspace at all times.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and multitask effectively

Punctuality and reliability are a must!

Position Details & Schedule:

Full time and Part-time positions available (16-40 hours per week)

FT Availability Required: Tuesday-Friday (12:00 PM to 8:30 PM) and Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

PT Availability Required: Tuesday-Friday (9:00 AM- 1:00 PM) and availability to work Saturday as needed (8:30 AM- 5:00 PM)

Flexibility may be required based on business needs
