What You'll Do

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding patients through doctor-prescribed therapies and treatment plans
• Demonstrating stretches, exercises, and rehabilitation activities
• Assisting patients as they move through various treatment areas
• Creating a welcoming and positive environment for every patient
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with patient inquiries
• Scanning and maintaining patient records
• Reviewing financial plans and payment options with patients
• Supporting the team with various day-to-day clinic operations
