Front Desk Receptionist/customer service

location: remote (Must have reliable phone & internet)

seasonal: April-October(winter off)

hours: mon-thurs 7am-4pm Fri flexible

Pay: $15-22/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Customer Service Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to be the welcoming voice/face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage, handling multi-line phone systems, responding to customer emails, scheduling service appointments, assisting office & technician, and provide support were needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and relay messages efficiently using proper phone etiquette.
  • Maintain a clean, organized area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
  • Handle data entry tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks & other software's.
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone.

Skills

  • experience in front desk or administrative roles with strong office management capabilities.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel),
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
