Front Desk Receptionist/Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist/Esthetician to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and client check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
• Provide a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and laser treatments with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
• Maintain sanitation standards by properly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.
• Assist with client consultations to understand their goals and tailor services accordingly, ensuring an exceptional experience every time.
• Treatments for procedures such as PRX, Alma TED Hair Restoration, Body Sculpting, Facials, and Redlight.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in esthetic laser treatments preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of skin is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Ability to uphold sanitation protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and answer client questions confidently.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
