Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide accurate information to guests regarding the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
