Maven Haus Aesthetics & Wellness Collective is looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized Licensed Medical Assistant to join our growing team in a hybrid role combining front desk hospitality, client experience, and clinical support for our aesthetic providers.

This is not your typical front desk position. This role serves as both the face of Maven Haus and an essential support system for our injectors and providers behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetics environment, values hospitality just as much as efficiency, and takes pride in creating an elevated experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create an elevated, welcoming, and seamless experience for every client entering Maven Haus

Manage front desk operations including:

• Client check-ins/check-outs
• Appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Phone calls, text communication, and email correspondence
• Processing payments and memberships
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
• Product recommendation & knowledge
• Educating clients about our aesthetic services

Assist aesthetic injectors and providers with:

• Treatment room setup and turnover
• Client prep and post-care instructions
• Photography and chart preparation
• Inventory organization and stocking
• Maintaining cleanliness and workflow throughout the clinic

Support retail and client education by:

• Recommending skincare products confidently
• Assisting clients with SkinMedica and Colorescience purchases
• Helping maintain retail displays and inventory

Help create a luxury-level guest experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and hospitality

Contribute to social media content, behind-the-scenes support, and overall brand presence

• Work collaboratively with injectors, estheticians, and the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients at all times

• Represent the Maven Haus brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Medical Assistant license required
• Experience in a med spa, aesthetics, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness environment preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence with client interaction, scheduling systems, and skincare/product recommendations
• A positive, motivated team player who genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best
• Someone who wants to grow, not just clock in and out

This is a paid position with opportunity for growth, commission, and building a strong client base within Maven Haus.
