Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are hiring for an immediate opening to support our busy season. This role has the potential to grow into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Summary

An established local glass tinting company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls, entering customer information into our database, and scheduling appointments as needed. This position also includes telemarketing & collections support when inbound call volume is lower.

Duties

  • Answer inbound phone calls and capture customer information for the sales team to follow up on
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry, keeping all customer information accurate and up to date
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and conduct outbound telemarketing to support the sales team
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives
  • Assist with collection calls as needed

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and data entry tasks
  • Excellent clerical skills including organization and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in front desk operations or as an office admin is a plus
