Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator

Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Admin / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and our growing small business! With this position you will be given autonomy and trust as you help guide patients through all our offerings and match their needs to our highly experienced injectors. You Will (Responsibilities)

• With a bubbly smile, greet and check-in (and checkout) patients
• Provide great value to our patients by introducing them to our products, program, and services
• Assist the team with managing appointments
• Assist our wonderful injectors with preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
• With welcoming care, respond to communication from phone, text, emails and social media inquiries
• Be our social butterfly! You are very likely to be the first person our patients see and interact with. Lead with Love!

You Are (Requirements)

• Familiar with medical aesthetics treatments to pre-screen patients to improve bookings. This allows our injectors to focus on treating and consulting. Don't worry, injectors will be available to answer in depth questions regarding each treatment.
• Accepting of being coached and adapt to our agile environment, but also be able to challenge our processes using your past experiences.
• Attentive to details. We aim for excellent execution all across the board. Your ability to see the smallest details will compound as it approaches the bigger picture.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
