What You’ll Do

Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude

Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments

Maintain and update calendars for providers and clinic staff

Coordinate daily scheduling needs and resolve conflicts as they arise

Handle incoming/outgoing mail, email, and general correspondence

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation

Assist with data entry and general administrative support

Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or scheduling role preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting

Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling systems
