Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Schedule and manage appointments using calendar management tools.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff as necessary to facilitate patient care.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document management and communication purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
