Front Desk Representative

Job Description:

We are looking to add a reliable Front Desk Representative to represent Spearfish Canyon Lodge and ensure that each guest has a positive experience with us!

Responsibilities:

• Providing the best customer service possible! You are the first person to welcome each guest to Spearfish Canyon Lodge and it is essential that this experience is a positive one
• Answering inquiries regarding our location, lodging, rentals, and the Latchstring Restaurant
• Answering all incoming phone calls in a pleasant and efficient manner
• Making lodging and rental reservations
• Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work setting
• Must be reliable, organized, and detail orientated
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of hotel guests
• Willing to learn our systems for lodging and rentals
• Maintains cleanliness of Front Desk area, lobby, gift shop, and public restrooms
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
• Bartend at our Roughlock Lounge, as needed.
  
  
  

Salary:

• $16 - $19 DOE

** Employees will be receive a sign on bonus of up to $500 following 6 months of continuous employment!**

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
