Position Overview

Gohiya is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and providing excellent administrative support. Salary Range : $18.70 – $25.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
