Front Desk & Reservations Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Reservations Associate to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will handle guest reception, room reservations, check-ins/check-outs, phone inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle room reservations through phone, email, walk-ins, and online booking platforms
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide hotel information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel reception or reservations is an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
