Job Description:

Massage Envy is hiring a Front Desk Associate who is energetic, sales-driven, and committed to outstanding customer service. This is a desk-focused role with minimal cleaning responsibilities and strong commission-earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests

• Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations

• Sell memberships, packages, and retail products (commission-based)

• Process payments and maintain client records

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area (minimal cleaning)

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Consistent schedule with working weekends and closing shifts

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
