Front Desk / Sales Representative – Sunny Aesthetic Medical Spa

Sunny Aesthetic is a fast-paced, high-performing medical spa looking for the right person to grow with our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive sales by converting inquiries into booked treatments and packages
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize client value
• Greet and check in clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Maintain client files and ensure confidentiality of personal information
• Support promotions and campaigns to generate new business
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth client experience

Who We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, someone with experience in a medical office or med spa
• Must be very familiar with computers, software, Excel, Canva, and general office tools
• Responsible, professional, and a fast learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Accountable, reliable, and organized
• Able to bring 2 professional references

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
